THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE � THIS IS A NOTICE OF THE GOVERNMENT�S INTENT TO ISSUE A SOLE SOURCE AWARD CONTRACT TO BLOOMBERG FINANCE L.P. FOR BLOOMBERG ANYWHERE SUBSCRIPTION The Department of Defense (DoD), Washington Headquarters Services, Acquisition Directorate, (WHS/AD) intends to award a sole source contract under the statutory authority permitting limiting sources in the Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) Contracting officers may solicit from one source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available (e.g., urgency, exclusive licensing agreements, brand-name or industrial mobilization).� WHS/AD intends to issue a blanket purchase agreement to Bloomberg Finance L.P., 731 Lexington Ave New York, NY 10022-1331, DUNS: 809980993, CAGE Code: 51M77. �The blanket purchase agreement is necessary for reoccurring Bloomberg Anywhere purchases that will be issued as call orders.� The anticipated period of performance will be for one (1) 12-month base period and two (2) 12-month option periods. � The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 519190, All Other Information Services. Small Business Size Standard of $30,000,000. This notice of intent is NOT a request for proposals or quotations. Requests for copies of a solicitation in response to this notice will not be honored or acknowledged.
