- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Fort Knox, Kentucky intends to award a contract, on a sole source basis in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 19.506, Women-Owned Small Business Program Sole Source Awards, to Cybermedia Technologies INC., Reston, Virginia, for Higher Education Track Services (Part of Soldier for Life Transition Assistance Program) to support the U.S. Army Human Resources Command with a period of performance of 23 November 2020 to 3 April 2021 and one option period of 4 April 2021 to 3 July 2021. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE OFFERS AND A SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. �All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered. �Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government. �If no affirmative written response is received, the award will be made without further notice. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. RESPONSES ARE DUE NOT LATER THAN 29 October 2020 by 8:00 AM EST to James D.
