Description

INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE� Navajo Area Indian Health Services, Gallup Indian Medical Center, Gallup NM intends to award a single source purchase order to Carestream Health Inc. 150 Verona St. Rochester, NY 14608-1733, under the authority of FAR Par 6.302-1 � Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. NAICS code 811219 Other Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance.� Period of performance shall be 01/01/2021 to 12/31/2021.� This requirement provides for Support Services and Preventative Maintenance Radiology Equipment - Max CR Direct View system for the Gallup Indian Medical Center.� If you can provide the services requested, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which shall be considered by the Agency and may be e-mailed to stefanie.atene@ihs.gov referencing notice number GIMC1415296 by 12 PM21 EST on 11/04/2020.� A determination by the Government to terminate this contract acquisition based upon responses to the notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.� This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract or otherwise pay for information provided in response.� The Government reserves the right to use information provided by respondents for any purpose deemed necessary and legally appropriate.� Any organization responding to the notice should ensure that its response is complete and sufficiently detailed. Information provided will be used to assess tradeoffs and alternatives available for the potential requirement and may lead to the development of a solicitation. �Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt or the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted.
