- General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: California City: San Diego Delineated Area: North � Interstate 805/Highway 52 South � Highway 94 East � Interstate 15 West � Highway 5 Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 25,596 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 26,876 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 5 surface �OR� structured Parking Spaces (Surface): 5 Parking Spaces (Structured): 5 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 5 Full Term: 15 years Firm Term: 10 years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: Please reference solicitation 8CA3328 in your response. Space must be located in a prime commercial office building or office park with professional surroundings; Must be within 30 minute commute of airport at any hour of the day, including rush hour; Shall be within walkable 0.5 mile of public transportation and within walkable 0.25 mile of public parking facilities if sufficient on-site parking is not available; Proposed location must be contiguous and on one floor; Column spacing should be a minimum of 20-feet; Cannot be located at any site with tenant that serves alcohol; Cannot be located with drug and alcohol rehabilitation or confinement facility; Cannot be located near loud noise-producing activities, including airport flight path; Space shall offer efficient layout capabilities for the government; that is, it should not exceed 3:1 length to width ratio, be U- or L-shaped or have irregular space configurations. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
