- �Fuel Flow Carts that meets specifications as outlined in technical information. This procurement will include unclassified controlled technical information assigned a restricted distribution statement which is export controlled. �To receive this unclassified controlled technical information, an Offeror must be currently certified through the United States/Canada Joint Certification Program. EXPORT CONTROLLED Joint Certification Program (EXPORT CONTROL) You must be certified under the United States/Canada Joint Certification Program (JCP) (https://www.dla.mil/HQ/LogisticsOperations/Services/JCP/) to be granted access to the technical data (TDP) when this acquisition is solicited, via beta.SAM.gov. �To become certified for receipt of the technical documents, a U.S. Offeror must submit a completed DD Form 2345 to the U.S./Canada Joint Certification Office (https://www.dla.mil/HQ/LogisticsOperations/Services/JCP/). �Canadian Offerors may submit either a completed DD Form 2345 or DSS-MAS 9379 for certification. �Helpful information can be found at the JCP Frequently Asked Questions page (https://www.dla.mil/HQ/LogisticsOperations/Services/JCP/FAQ/). �If you encounter problems, please contact JCP at 1-877-352-2255 or via email at JCP-Admin@DLA.MIL.�
