Description: A fixed-price contract was awarded on a non-competitive basis to Kennebec River Biosciences.�Kennebec River Biosciences�is an approved laboratory certified to conduct diagnostic testing by USDA Animal Plant Health Inspection Service, (USDA-APHIS).�They are the only laboratory�approved by the USDA to conduct testing for Infectious Salmon Anemia Virus (ISAV) using RT-PCR which is required in the scope of work (SOW). To support this claim a sources sought notice and a notice of intent was posted into the GPE. Neither the sources sought nor the notice of intent resulted in additional sources.
