Description
The Naval Supply (NAVSUP) Systems Command, Fleet Logistics Center (FLCJ), Jacksonville, FL intends to issue a sole source award using Simplified Acquisition procedures for Industrial Waste Water Treatment Supplies. A sole source award will be issued to Evoqua Water Technologies, LLC for industrial waste water treatment supplies for Fleet readiness Center Southeast (FRCSE). In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, only one source will satisfy the agency need to meet the requirements until a follow on contract, which is anticipated to be awarded by 18 December 2020. FRCSE requires two months of additional support that is currently provided under contract N6883616C0001. Industrial Waste Water Treatment Plant Supplies while a follow on contract is negotiated. The period of performance for this contract action is from 01 November 2020 to 31 December 2020. The follow on contract action for interested vendors to present quotes is solicited under N6883621Q0006. The Solicitation N6883621Q0006 closes on 4 November 2020. The contract action for this notice will be solicited under N6883621Q0018. The Contractor shall provide ion exchange and industrial water treatments tanks to FRCSE. The contractor is responsible for providing all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision and other items necessary to provide ion exchange and industrial water treatment tanks. The fee water for these systems will have traces of Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) listed substances. As a result, RCRA regulatory rules shall apply. The applicable North American Industrial Classification System Code (NAICS) code that this work falls under is 333318 � Other commercial and Service Industry Machinery Manufacturing, with a size standard of 1,000 employees. The Federal Supply Code for this action is 4610. This notice of intent is for information purposes only. All sources eligible to meet this requirement must respond in writing. Response must be supported with clear and convincing evidence that clearly articulate the company�s ability to satisfy this requirement as outlined above. A request for documentation will not be considered as an affirmative response. If no responses are received within two( (2) calendar days after publication of this notice, to demonstrate comparable capability, then a sole source acquisition award will be made.
