- The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) is issuing solicitation N00024-21- R-4443 for Rolling Admissions to the Multiple Award Contract Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (MAC-IDIQ) for Littoral Combat Ships (LCS) Class Sustainment Execution Contract � West Coast Follow-on (SEC WEST Part II Rolling Admissions).� Interested Offerors must monitor beta.SAM.gov for release of any applicable amendments to this solicitation. The purpose of rolling admissions is to expand the MAC Tier I contractor base of ship yards capable of performing the required maintenance, repair, and modernization of LCS Class Ships by awarding additional IDIQ MAC I prime contracts.� The SEC West Pt II Rolling Admissions MAC I scope of work will include: �Selected Restricted Availabilities (SRAs), Drydocking Selected Restricted Availabilities (DSRAs), Continuous Maintenance Availabilities (CMAVs), unscheduled maintenance availabilities and Emergent Maintenance within the continental United States (CONUS) and Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS). �However, there may be requirements needed in CONUS that is not in San Diego, CA. This Request for Proposals (RFP) posting includes restricted attachments. The instructions for obtaining these attachments are as follows:� Potential Offerors must request Attachment J-3 (Naval Sea Logistics Center (NAVSEALOGCEN) Force Revision, which will be mailed via FedEx, by providing a written request to the Contract Specialist, Brian Romano, at brian.romano2@navy.mil with a copy to the Contracting Officer, Erica E. Fetter at erica.fetter@navy.mil. In this request, potential offerors shall include a mailing address. Again, the disc containing the J-3 Attachment will be mailed via Federal Express to the potential Offeror. Importantly, all requests for Attachment J-3 must be submitted NLT 1400 HRS, local time, Washington, DC on 05 November 2020. The Government will not fulfill requests for this attachment that are received after this deadline. To receive Attachment J-13, (Interface Control Document (ICD) for the Littoral Combat Ship (LCS) Flight Zero Reconfigurable Mission Packages_1.2_Rev B_Dec_29_2015), potential offerors shall click on the document in beta.SAM.gov and follow the prompts to request access.� The restricted access request shall include your company�s DUNS number so the contractor status can be confirmed in the System for Award Management located at (https://www.sam.gov/SAM/). The Government anticipates award of the Tier I MAC IDIQ Contracts on or around July 2021.�
