Description

THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR Part 6.302-1 - Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The United States Army Mission and Installation Contracting Command - Yuma Proving Ground, Arizona, intends to award a Cost Plus Fixed Fee contract with Cibola Information Systems, Inc. 11694 E. Calle Gaudi, Yuma, AZ, 85367-8815 for providing global positioning system integration and advanced navigation systems support for test programs conducted at the U.S. Army Yuma Proving Ground (USAYPG), AZ.� The period of performance will be for one base year and four (4) one-year option periods. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 541330 Engineering Services (Military and Aerospace Equipment and Military Weapons) with a size standard of $16.5M. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS.� A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement is solely within the discretion of the Government.
