NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE FOR PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR SERVICES OF LECO Equipment and Software, Pegasus HRT 4D TOF s/n 6025 Chroma TOF-HRT Software Pegasus BT- 4D TOF s/n 28490 This is a NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT using Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR 13.106-1(b) (1). �The US Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) Tenant Division, 6001 Combat Drive, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD 21005-1846; �has a requirement to procure the following service: The Combat Capabilities Development Command, Chemical Biological Center (CCDC CBC), requires annual Preventive Maintenance of �LECO Equipment and Software, Pegasus HRT 4D TOF s/n 6025; and Pegasus BT- 4D TOF s/n 28490, to include on-site repairs and parts, software upgrades, on-line technical support and telephone assistance to resolve technical problems.. This is a non-personal services to provide preventive maintenance and emergency repair of LECO Equipment.� The service includes a one year base period and three option year period maintenance plan. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price sole source contract to LECO, 3000 Lakeview Avenue St. Joseph, MI 49085-2396.� LECO, is the previous contract holder and due to the continued need for the maintenance and support services for the mission essential routine preventive maintenance and as-needed repair of the LECO Equipment and Software, Pegasus HRT 4D TOF s/n 6025; and Pegasus BT- 4D TOF s/n 28490, has been deemed critical.� The associated North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 811219 (Other Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance) and the Business Size Standard is $20.5M. All responses received within five businesses (7) days after date of publication of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.� Interested persons may identify their interest and capability by responding to the requirement no later than 10:00 a.m Eastern Daylight Time (EDT), 06 Nov 2020 with the following information: Company name.
