- THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT INQUIRY ONLY!!! The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 16, in Fayetteville, AR is seeking potential sources capable of providing preventive medical gas system inspection and testing services for the Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System facilities located in Little Rock and North Little Rock, Arkansas.. The proposed NAICS code for this requirement is 238220, with a small business size standard of $16.5 Million. The attached Statement of Work (DRAFT) provides details of the work to be performed, the standards to be met, and the regulatory guidance to be complied with. If your organization is capable of meeting the requirements of the Statement of Work, you may indicate your interest in providing these services by providing the following information: Business Name; Point of Contact; DUNS Number; Capability Statement (no more than 2 pages).
