One window is designed to have 34 high ADA working countertop with casework below providing space to hold equipment and supplies. Casework is designed with the following components: solid surface countertop, under counter printer drawer storage, knee space for 4 workstations to intake orders, and prewired modular hospital grade duplex outlets and data boxes. Above each check in workstation is a Lexan transaction window with a no draft speak thru tube. Lexan is an amorphous engineering thermoplastic with high impact strength and outstanding clarity. Warranty- Limited Lifetime To include minimum of the following specifications: A component-based line of cabinetry and coordinating work tops to be used in labs and pharmacy spaces to supply a built- in look while maintaining the quality and flexibility of a modular approach. A wide variety of fully modular cabinet components available for upper and lower storage. Drawer construction options of standard box type with replaceable drawer front and unitary interior box for use in healthcare. Full extension steel ball bearing drawer glides. Work top surface uses Solid Surface material. The sharing of component parts to form a rigid, modular, free-standing assembly shall not be acceptable Features: *Unit shall be free standing with ability to anchor to floor or walls. *Unit shall have a non-adjustable bottom shelf that is the base of the cabinet positioned on top of the toe kick *Unit shall have a 4"" toe kick. *Shelving Units shall have 7 adjustable shelves. *Steel supports/back panels: shall be capable to support up to 600 pounds. Finish shall be powder coated paint that shall be coordinated with laminate finish. They should include slant brackets at 2 intervals, a retainer clip and shall allow for the adjustment of shelves on steel pins. Back panels shall be removable and able to incorporate electrical duplex boxes. Drawers: *Drawer module inserts shall be individual modular units that are completely removable and relocatable without being disassembled. *Drawer suspension shall have full extension travel, full steel ball bearings of carbonized steel and a positive stop and lock-in closed position (self-closing drawer slides). *Doors and drawer fronts shall be a minimum of 13/16"" thick with composed out of the same material as the cabinetry finished with high pressure laminate. Worksurfaces: *Countertop shall run the length of the end panels and be composed out of a solid surface material. Core shall be 1- 1/8"" thick with 1/16"" laminate finish. *Backsplash and returns shall be provided where shown on drawings. *All exposed edges shall be radiused ¼ . Shelves: *All shelves shall be 3/4 thick core with high pressure laminate on both sides. *All shelves noted as being sloping shall also adjust to a flat position. Adjustable vertically on 1"" centers and from horizontal to 15, 30, and 45-degree slope down. *All shelves shall be completely reversible with retainer lips being turned up, down, or to the back as required for use. *All top, side, and bottom panels and shelf panels shall be laminated with high pressure laminate including cabinet interiors in the same color and finishes as selected for the exposed surfaces. All cabinet backs will have HPL on interior surface. Electrical: *Units are prewired with electrical from the factory and support the data as required. All modular casework should be field verified prior to purchase/installation. Building contractor to pull wiring. Either construction or activation contractor to have licensed electrician make the connections from building to modular casework. *Electrical fixtures shall be Hospital Grade 20 amps, 120 volt, 3-wire polarized grounded duplex receptacles. *Grommet holes to be drilled on site after installation of equipment for proper coordination. Quality Assurance: *Manufacturer must have a minimum of 5 years experience in providing manufactured casework for similar types of projects. Manufacturer facility must be certified to premium grade by the AWI Quality Certification Program. *All pharmacy casework included in this specification shall be made by a pharmacy casework manufacturer who is a specialist in the design and manufacture of pharmacy casework and has in operation, a factory adequate in size, with facilities for and devoted to the manufacture of the equipment he or his distributor proposes to supply. This requirement is stated for the Owners protection to eliminate any divided responsibility and to ensure that all completed assemblies shall be in harmony and uniform in design, color, type of hardware, etc., for the completed facility/installation. *A minimum of five years experience in the design, sale, manufacture, shipping, and installation of the quality and type of pharmacy casework specified herein shall be required Finishes: *Countertop- Solid surface (Insert manufacturer/color). *Casing, shelves, end panels- Laminate (Insert manufacturer/color), with PVC edge banding to match laminate. Final finishes to be approved by X. Pharmacy Custom Cabinetry/Pharmacy Casework Salient Characteristics Materials: Core material shall be particle board conforming to CS 236-66 45 pound B density Class 1 Type 1 Laminated plastic for general construction shall be 1/32 or 1/16 thick high-pressure type All top, side and bottom panels and shelf panels shall be laminated with high pressure lami...
