Description

The U.S. International Development Finance Corporation (DFC) is recruiting for one to three full-time personal services contractor positions to serve as Project Finance Specialist, Directors, at the DFC's Office of Structured Finance and Insurance (OSFI).� Work involves supporting the most complex, sensitive, or precedent-setting finance projects located in developing countries and markets. The Personal Services Contractor (PSC) will be responsible for performing initial screenings of new loan proposals, underwriting, and due diligence tasks in the loan origination process.� This includes in-depth financial analysis, preparing portions of the loan papers and memoranda associated with presenting proposed loans, supporting the loan negotiations and development of appropriate covenants, processing disbursement requests, and documentation of the loan files.�The position is generally equivalent in complexity and responsibility to a GS-14/GS-15. NOTE:� This is a solicitation for a Personal Services Contract which creates an employee-employer relationship between an individual and the Government.� Contracts cannot be awarded to staffing firms.� Quotes from firms will be not accepted or considered for award.
