- Description
- � The General Services Administration (GSA), Public Buildings Service (PBS), Greater Southwest Region, intends to solicit proposals for Full Maintenance Services in Laredo, Texas. Offerors will be expected to provide management, supervision, labor, materials, equipment, and supplies (shipping and handling) and shall be responsible for the efficient, effective, economical, and satisfactory operation, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, repair of equipment and systems, custodial, grounds maintenance, and all related services located within the property line of the following locations: Border Patrol Sector Headquarters 207 West Del Mar Blvd, Laredo, TX Columbia Port of Entry Termination SH-255, Laredo, TX Convent Port of Entry 100 Zaragoza Street, Laredo, TX Lincoln-Juarez Port of Entry Termination of I-35, Laredo, TX U.S. Courthouse 1300 Victoria Street, Laredo, TX World Trade Port of Entry 715 Bob Bullock Loop, Laredo, TX Offerors will be expected to provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, equipment, and supplies necessary to perform Operations and Maintenance, Custodial Services, and Grounds Maintenance. The facilities covered by this solicitation encompasses approximately 900,000 aggregate square feet in approximately 6 buildings (buildings range in size from 23 square feet to 125,000 square feet.� In accordance with FAR 19.805-1 (a)(1)(2), this procurement shall be awarded on the basis of competition limited to eligible 8(a) firms. Joint ventures will be allowed as long as one member of the joint venture�is an 8(a) firm.� At the time an 8(a) firm submits an offer, it must represent to the Contracting Officer that it is an 8(a) firm under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 561210 with the small business size of $41.5M.� The solicitation number is 47PH0220R0014. This procurement will be using FAR Part 15 procedures. The Period of Performance is for a base of one (1) year with four (4) one-year option periods to begin on or about 6/1/2021. The contract type will be Firm Fixed Price.� The solicitation will be issues in electronic format only and will be posted on the beta.sam.gov website. No phone or fax requests for a copy of solicitation will be accepted. Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading the solicitation and for monitoring the website for possible amendments and/or additional information.
