- The Request for Quote (RFQ) is for Janitorial Services at the National Weather Service Weather Forecast Office located in Grand Rapids, MI. Please carefully review and follow the Offeror Instructions listed in the attached solicitation documents. The NAICS code for this action 561720 and is set aside 100 percent for small business concerns. The government intends to procure these services using FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The government requires all contractors doing business with the government to be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM). For additional information and to register in SAM, please access the following website: www.sam.gov. In order to register with SAM and to be eligible to receive an award, all offerors must have a Dun & Bradstreet number, which may be acquired free of charge by contacting Dun & Bradstreet online at http://fedgov.dnb.com/webform or by phone at 1-866-705-5711. Quotes will not be accepted and an award will not be made to any contractor that is not registered in SAM.
