- NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD ON A SOLE-SOURCE BASIS The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Services Lodi Fish and Wildlife Office (Service) intends to award a sole source firm fixed price contract under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Other than Full and Open Competition procedures and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition procedures to Advanced Telemetry Systems located in Isanti, MN. The requirement is for Model SS300 Acoustic Tags. The North American Classification System (NAICS) Code for this action is 334511 � Search, Detection, Navigation, Guidance, Aeronautical, and Nautical System and Instrument Manufacturing and the size standard is 1,250 employees.
