In accordance with FAR 5.202(a)(13), the requirement for synopsis has been waived.� The solicitation, N66604-21-Q-0081, is released and is attached as a part of this notice.� Note -�Due to recent Product Service Code (PSC) updates, the applicable PSC for this requirement is�AC32 - NATIONAL DEFENSE� R&D� SERVICES; DEFENSE-RELATED ACTIVITIES; APPLIED RESEARCH.� The�PSC�listed in the soliciation is�AD24 R&D- DEFENSE OTHER: SERVICES (ENGINEERING DEVELOPMENT).� PSC AD24 no longer exists.� The Government will amend the solicitation to reflect the correct PSC of AC32.� �
