Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial procurement prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.� This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offerers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.� This procurement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 423430. The Small Business Size Standard is 250 employees. Quotes are due by 6 November at 12:00 pm Eastern. Submission requirements, submission instructions, and evaluation criteria are stated within the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation.� All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov prior to submission of offers to be eligible for award. The Government reserves the right to cancel the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation.� No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing a response to this Combined Synopsis/Solicitation or any follow-up information request.
