UPDATED **** 06 Novemeber 2020 **** UPDATED Amendment 03 changes the response due date from 10AM CST on 11/02/20 to 10AM CST on 11/20/20. UPDATED **** 16 October 2020 **** UPDATED Due to lack of response, this opportunity is now updated to a FULL AND OPEN solicitation and all responsible parties capable of performing the upgrade/repair services to the Giddings and Lewis RGV8 Pallet Shuttle System as described in the attached PWS are invited to respond to the solicitation. Responses are due to the Government POCs via email no later than 2 November 2020. Respondents must sign and return the SF30 amendment form with their response no later than 2 November 2020 at 10:00 AM to be considered for award of the opportunity. UPDATED **** 31 August 2020 **** UPDATED Amendment 01 was released on 28 August to re-solicit/extend the response date for offers for this solicitation. Responses are now due to the Government no later than 10:00 AM on Friday September 11, 2020. Responses must include a signed copy of the Amendment 01 SF30 in the solicitation response. Please direct all correspondence to the Contract Specialist AND Contracting Officer at the email addresses listed in the Point of Contact information section. OC20578 is a Giddings and Lewis RGV8 pallet shuttle system that is utilized by both Giddings & Lewis (MAG) 5 Axis CNC Mills (OC20576 & OC20577). The assets are critical to production and cannot operate effectively�if the pallet shuttle is down. �In order to repair the RGV8 pallet shuttle system, the CINCRON cell needs to be retrofitted with a supportable control system. Due to the criticality of NC equipment, hardware components used for the control system shall be COTS items to lower lead time and expedite repair.�
