Description

Please refer to the attachments for a full description of the requirement, selection�criterions, and submission instruction. 10/14/2020:� The purpose of this revision is to attach a consolidated list of questions received by firms and the Government's responses to those questions.� No other changes have been made to this notice. 11/09/2020:� The purpose of this revision is to extend the response due date from Tuesday, 11/03/2020 at 2:00pm HST to Monday, 11/16/2020 at 2:00pm HST.� In addition, the Synopsis attachment is also revised to reflect this new resposne due date.� No other changes have been made to this notice. The original Synopsis attachment that was posted on 09/29/2020 at 10:13am HST reflected a response due date of 11/16/2020 when it should have reflected 11/03/2020 instead.� The Synopsis attachment was corrected on 09/29/2020 at 10:54am HST.� However, due to confusion surrounding the different versions of the Synopsis attachment, an extension of the response due date to 11/16/2020 was determine appropriate.
