The services shall include Independent Living Assessments and Life Skills Coaching. The Solicitation is set-aside 100% for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business concerns. Services to be performed under the contemplated contract will be within the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 624310 with a size standard of $12 Million. The Request for Quote (RFQ) will be issued electronically on or about November 17, 2020 on Contract Opportunities at http://beta.sam.gov. To be eligible for contract award, responding contractors must be verified as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business under the applicable NAICS code in the Vendor Information Pages at https://www.vip.vetbiz.va.gov/ registered in System for Award Management (SAM), and must a have a valid Dun and Bradstreet (DUNS) Number. Solicitation Number is RFQ 36C10E21Q0009 and will be available on or about November 17, 2020. Formal quotes will be due to the Contracting Officer NLT Thursday December 17, 2020, at 3:00 PM Central Standard Time (CST).
