Description

The Oklahoma Air National Guard, Will Rogers Air National Guard Base, OKC, OK is issuing this solicitation for Project #YZEU20-2011. The work includes the renovation of Building 1052 SIMS. The work to be accomplished under this project consists of furnishing all plant, labor, tools, equipment, shop draw ings, materials, accessories and incidentals necessary to Reconfigure Room 145 for the installation of a Simulator dome. This is a sealed bid solicitation. Please ensure all instruction in the attached solicitation W50S8T21B0002 are followed.�This�project is set aside 100% for Small Businesses. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 236220, with a size standard of $39,500,000.00. The magnitude is between $100,000 and $250,000 IAW FAR 36.204(f). Persons who intend to bid are strongly encourage to attend the Pre-Bid Conference/Site Visit Scheduled 9:00 AM CST on 16 November 2020 at the 137th SOW in Oklahoma City, OK.�Please contact 405-686-5442 for further information.� Additionally, IAW FAR 52.232-18, �Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government�s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from w hich payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
