- RFP AMENDMENT 0001 The purpose of Amendment 0001 to the Indian Health Service/Headquarters (IHS/HQ) Request for Proposal (RFP) 75H70421R00002 for National COVID-19 Critical Care Response Teams (CCRTs) IDIQ Contracts is to provide government responses to offerors� questions received in response to this solicitation. Amendment 0001 changes the RFP submission closing date. All proposals are due no later than 12:00 PM (Eastern Time), Monday, November 23, 2020. A hard copy of RFP Amendment 0001 and revised�RFP attachments are attached�herein as follows (Refer to Attachments): 1) Amendment 0001 - Request for Proposal (RFP) 75H70421R00002 (11-10-2020) - Government Responses to Offerors' Questions; 2) Request for Proposal (RFP) 75H70421R00002 IHS COVID-19 Critical Care Response Team (CCRT) IDIQ Contracts - Revised 11-10-2020; and 3) Appendix L: CCRT Deployment Scenario Staffing Roster_REVISED 11-9-2020 REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL 75H70421R00002 The Indian Health Service Headquarters (IHS/HQ), Division of Acquisition Policy (DAP) is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to establish National COVID-19 Critical Care Response Teams (CCRTs) indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contracts to deploy CCRTs on a recurring basis for 1) identification, staffing and managing multi-disciplinary, expert and mobile Critical Care Response Team(s); 2). prepare staff to treat critically ill COVID-19 patients by providing hands-on critical care clinical education and training prior to, or in the event of, an influx of critically ill COVID-19 patients; 3) augment existing staff at a facility with a team of expert critical care physicians, Critical Care Registered Nurses (CCRNs), and Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT); and 4). Provide critical care virtual training on an as needed basis as new information and evidence-based best practices and guidelines to care and manage critically ill COVID-19 patients emerge in accordance with the tasks outlined in the Statement of Objectives (SOO).
