This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) and the solicitation number is 36C24421Q0099. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-97 effective January 24, 2018. The Department of Veterans Affairs Wilmington VA Medical Center, 1601 Kirkwood Hwy, Wilmington, DE 19805-4907 is seeking to procure snow and ice removal services. All interested companies shall provide quotations for the following: The anticipated Period of Performance will begin on 11-01-2020 following Contract award: See also Attachment 1, Price Cost Schedule. Wilmington, DE Postal Code: 19805-4907 Country: UNITED STATES Department of Veterans Affairs Lebanon VA Medical Center 1700 South Lincoln Ave. Lebanon, PA Postal Code: 17402-7529 Country: UNITED STATES All work shall be completed in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). The SOW is included as Attachment 1 to this solicitation. Offerors are requested to quote Firm Fixed Price for any and all of the line items on the Schedule of Supplies and Services attached to this solicitation. The Schedule of Supplies and Services is included as Attachment 1 to this solicitation. Service Contract Act Wage Determination Numbers 2015-4215, Revision Number 11, dated 04-21-2020 and 2015-4231 Rev 10 dated 12-23-2019, applies to this acquisition and will be incorporated into the resulting contract. A copy of the Wage Determination is included with this solicitation as Attachment 2. Any award resulting from this solicitation will be issued on a Standard Form 1449. NOTE: To receive an award resulting from this solicitation, offerors MUST be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database IAW FAR 52.212-(k).
