- Page 1 of 1 The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 4 (NCO4), on behalf of the Wilmington VA Medical Center, anticipates the award of a firm-fixed price Full-Service contract for the Annual inspection, maintenance, repair, or calibration of Siemens Diagnostic Equipment. These services are being acquired in accordance with FAR 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. Please see the solicitation #36C24421Q0076 for detailed information regarding this requirement and opportunity. Block #20 on 1449 shows closing date and Time (Eastern Time). This solicitation is UNRESTRICTED. The government anticipates awarding a contract for one (1) year with up to one (4) option year period. SOW and SOW Supplement information is important to understand and reference to submit a quote deemed to be technically acceptable. Instructions to Quoter s (pages 32-36) lists details of how to submit 52.219-14, Limitations on Subcontracting (page 18) will be enforced The applicable North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this procurement is 811219: Maintenance of Medical Equipment Information and solicitation documents will be posted on the website of Contract Opportunities at http://www.beta.sam.gov.
