Description

Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Joint Base Lewis- McChord intends to issue a sole?source, firm fixed price award to PF Fishpole Hoists, Inc., 238 SW 43rd ST Renton, WA 98057 USA IAW FAR 13.106?1(b)(1). The justification for the sole source is PF Fishpole Hoists, Inc: PF Fishpole Hoists, Inc. is the manufacturer of the fishpoles. There are three authorized sales, service and repair stations in the world. PF Fishpole Hoists, based in Renton Washington, is the OEM and covers the sales, services, and repairs for the United States, Asia, South America and Mexico. The sales and service center for Canada is Glesco Equipment Inc. The sales, service, and repair station for Europe, Africa, and the Middle East is Aerospace GSE LTD. Although the hoists and parts maybe be available from other sources who purchase and re-sell them, the warranty and certification are only valid to the original purchaser and no third parties unless purchased from one of the aforementioned distributors. However, the Government shall consider all responses received by 18�November 2020 at 1200 EST. All interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. A determination not to compete this requirement, based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Written responses to this synopsis shall contain sufficient documentation to establish a bonafide capability to fulfill the requirement. MICC ?Joint Base Lewis-McChord will not responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this notice.
