Description

Description: The United States Coast Guard, Surface Forces Logistics Centers, National Security Cutters Branch 2, Oakland, CA anticipates awarding sole source procurement to L3Harris Technologies, Inc. for the following: Trouleshoot service for USCGC Willow CCP issue Period of Performance: TBD Location: Saint Petersburg, FL This procurement will be made on behalf of the USCGC WILLOW. �Vendor will provide the services stated in the solicitation description. �NAICS Code # 335999 applies to this procurement. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. No solicitation will be issued, however all responses received on/before 0800 Pacific Time, 19NOV2020 will be reviewed by the Government. ��A determination not to compete this proposed contract based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. �Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. All questions concerning this notice must be submitted in writing the Contracting Officer, email address is: barbara.falero@uscg.mil. The solicitation is restricted to: L3Harris Technologies, Inc. Offers from concerns other than the above are not solicited. If no affirmative responses are received by the date specified above to determine whether a qualified source is more advantageous to the Government, a purchase order will be negotiated and awarded to L3Harris Technologies, Inc.
