Solicitation W911SA-20-Q-3125 will be issued on or about 21-October-2020 and can be accessed at https://beta.sam.gov. �This requirement is for Custodial Services at Facility OH033, located at�2190 Reed Road, Lima, OH�45804.� The performance period is from 1-January-2021 to 31-December-2021, including four (4) option years and a�six (6) month option to extend services. A Site Visit is scheduled at the facility (2190 Reed Road, Lima, OH� 45804) on Thursday, 12-November-2020 at 10:00 a.m. EST.� Telephone, written or electronic request for hard copies of the solicitation documentation will be discouraged.� Vendors interested in this solicitation should access https://beta.sam.gov for issuance of the solicitation, associated documents, and solicitation amendments.� Vendors will not be directly notified of solicitation amendments.�� Amendment 1 was posted on beta.sam.gov/ on 16-November-2020 in order to respond to vendor questions, remove the CMR�CLIN and language in association of the CMR CLIN (including an�updated Attachment 1 Price Schedule),�and to extend the offer due date.�
