Description
NOTE (November 16, 2020): This is to inform the interested Vendors that: The finalized solicitation and the PDF version of the Performance Work Statement, are attached to this posting. The due in date has been established on December 16, 2020, 12:00PM Noon (local time, Rome, Italy). NOTE (November 9, 2020): This is to inform the interested Vendors that: The solicitation DRAFT package, including the pertinent documentation (attachment #1 trough attachment #9), is attached to this posting. The tentative due in date has been established on December 10, 2020, 12:00PM Noon (local time, Rome, Italy); this one will be modified based upon the posting date of the final package. REQUIREMENT TITLE: �W912PF-20-R-0005 -- MENSA SERVICE at Darby Military Community, ITALY Description of the project: The Contractor shall provide all labor, management, tools, supplies, chemicals, supervision, and other items or services to perform Local National (LN) Mensa Operation Services in Camp Darby, Pisa, Italy. All work performed under this contract shall be in accordance with all applicable and current U.S. and Host Nation laws and regulations including but not limited to: Italian A.S.L. (Azienda Sanitaria Locale) Host Nation Public Sanitary Department (Dipartimento Sanita� Pubblica) standards; applicable Italian food service law; D.lgs. 81/2008 Testo Unico sulla sicurezza del lavoro, US Army food regulations; Army Regulations, AR 30-22; DA PAM 30-22; DA PAM 738-750; TB MED 530; FM 21-10; FM 10-23; FM 10-24; and TM 10-412 (The US regulations can be obtained on website http://www.apd.army.mil) and in strict accordance with this Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Contractor shall provide all Mensa services including, but not limited to, purchasing food ingredients, preparing, cooking, and serving food and drink items and cleaning the Mensa assigned areas. �The Contractor shall be aware of local safety requirements and ensure that all reasonable efforts are made to protect all persons from harm and U.S. Government property from damage. The following documents will be required: Single document for the assessment of interferential risks (Documento Unico di Valutazione dei rischi da Interferenze � D.U.V.R.I.); Hazard general list (Matrice delle interferenze e delle misure di prevenzione e protezione adottate); Standard Operating Procedure review-Emergency Plan for the Evacuation of injured people for USAG/Camp Darby, Livorno (Aggiornamento della procedura operativa: Piano di pronto intervento per l�evacuazione delle persone infortunate per la comunita� USAG/Camp Darby di Livorno). PRODUCT SERVICE CODE: �S203 Food Services NORTH INDUSTRY CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM (NAICS): �722310 Food Service Contractors Location of the work: �The site of the proposed work will be Darby Military Community, Livorno, Italy. METHOD OF CONTRACTING: �This will be a Request for Proposal (RFP) resulting in a Firm Fixed Price Requirements Type Contract.� Performance period:� The Government contemplates issuing a Requirement type contract for one year plus four (4) option years, with a starting date to be determined. SITE VISIT: �The site visit is scheduled for 10 November 2020 (Tuesday), 10:00AM, at GATE 27, Depot Area, Via Aurelia, Tombolo (Pisa). HOW TO PARTICIPATE: In order to participate all interested parties will be invited to indicate their interest by submitting an email not later than Close of Business (COB) by 26 October 2020, to elisa.orsini2.ln@mail.mil and ryan.d.bueno2.civ@mail.mil. Please indicate in your e-mail the solicitation number and the name of the company, address, phone number, fax number, e-mail address, and name(s) of the person(s) who will be present at the site visit (maximum two persons): first name, last name, date of birth, place of birth, type and number of identification document. Please attach the Identification Document (Carta di Identita) and provide vehicle type and plate number to the e-mail. �Only the persons who have provided the personal data will be allowed to attend the site visit.� The guards will check the identification card at the gate. The offerors not present on the list will be denied the entrance to the installation. MISCELLANEOUS:� the solicitation package including the Performance Work Statement, the safety documentation and all additional information is expected to be posted on 4 November 2020 on the following webpage: https://beta.sam.gov/.
