One-time spares buy for the Circuit Card Assembly for the VXIbus application used on the Electrical VXI Chassis Assembly in support of the LANTIRN. The proposed contract action will be contracted sole source to Lockheed Martin Corporation, Cage 16331, Orlando, FL., pursuant to 10 USC 2304(C)(1). NSN:�5998-01-512-4032KV; P/N:�717807500-001; NOUN: Circuit Card Assembly.� ITEM FUNCTION: Electrostatic sensitive. ITEM MATERIAL: Electronic material. ITEM DESCRIPTION: LENGTH: 12.5 in; WIDTH: 8.3 in; HEIGHT: 3.0 in; WEIGHT: 1.0 lbs. QTY: 1 each FOB: Origin DESTINATION: SW3119 IUID Requirements are applicable to this acquisition DELIVERY: 180 Days ARO A written RFQ will be issued. The anticipated award date is 31 January 2021 The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to�solicit and negotiate with only one source under the Authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may�identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This�notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received�within 30 days (15�days if award is issued under an existing basic ordering agreement) after�date of publication�of this solicitation will be considered by the Government. A determination by the�Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely�within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely�for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be�considered by the agency. Based upon market research, the Government is anticipating using the policies contained in FAR Part�15, Contract by Negotiations, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services, However,�interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy�the Government's requirement within 15 days of this notice. �
