Description

SYNOPSIS:� Addition to/Alteration of Fire Station (B770) The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential sources for this project including interested Small Business sources.� This notice is for planning purposes only.� All interested parties should respond.� The USPFO for Indiana intends to issue an Invitation for Bids (IFB) and award a single firm-fixed-price (FFP) contract for an addition to & renovation of the 122d Fighter Wing's Fire/Crash/Rescue Station, Building 770. Per FAR 36.204, the magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.� All interested concerns will provide this office, in writing, a notice stating their positive intent to submit a proposal as a prime contractor no later than 19 Nov 2020.� This notification, which shall not exceed five typewritten pages, must include (1) a positive statement of intent to bid as a prime contractor, (2) a completed and signed Sources Sought Response Form (ATTACHED TO THIS NOTICE), and (3) a listing of projects completed during the past three years, both for government and private industry.� The type of project, dollar value, contract number, location, and Point of Contact (POC) are to be included.� Indicate if you were prime or subcontractor, and if subcontractor, provide the name and POC for the prime contractor.� (4) Lastly, include a brief outline of resources, subcontractors, and key personnel that would be used to accomplish the contract. In the event adequate Small Business contractors are not available for adequate competition for this project, it may be advertised as unrestricted.� Information shall be provided via email to:� travis.kraick@us.af.mil.� Include the following in the Subject line:� ""Sources Sought W50S7W-21-B-0001."" NOTE:� The address listed at the end of this notice, ""970 S PETERCHEFF ST, TERRE HAUTE, IN 47803-5053, USA"" is inaccurate.� The correct Contracting Office address is ""3005 W FERGUSON RD, FORT WAYNE, IN 46809-3158, USA,"" which corresponds with the Place of Performance.
