Synopsis � 83310121Q0009|�West Publishing Corporation�(Subscriptions) EXIM Bank Washington, DC is providing a notice of intent to issue a sole source award to provide Sweet and Maxwell: Aircraft Liens and Detention Rights and Aircraft Finance: Registration Security and Enforcement:� Background: The Product/Service Code is 7610.� The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 511130 Book Publisher.� Interested vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/.� EXIM Bank Intends to award on a Sole Source Basis to West Publishing Corporation The circumstances permitting Other Than Full and Open Competition is Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, and FAR 13.501(a).� � The intent of this synopsis is to determine if any sources exist, and therefore, no Request for Quote (RFQ) is available.� This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, all information received before�December 3, 2020 will be considered by the Government.� A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action based upon the responses received from this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.� Closing Response Date: December 3, 2020 Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price Description:� The Export-Import Bank has a requirement for continued updates to two print loose-leaf titles published by Sweet and Maxwell: Aircraft Liens and Detention Rights and Aircraft Finance: Registration Security and Enforcement. For each title, updates are published approximately six times per year. Those release updates are shipped to EXIM Research Center upon publication, at which time they are incorporated into the corresponding publication binders. They contain legal information relevant to EXIM transactions and are available for and used by EXIM staff, primarily in the Office of the General Counsel. See attached SOW.
