Description

11/19/20-Amendment to include Government Furnished Property Attachment. This is a solicitation for commercial items issued as a request for quote RFQ N32253-21-Q-0009. �Under the authority 10 U.S.C.2304(c)(1) as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) seeks a contractor to provide technical services to the Shipyard to re-preserve and reinstall Vulcanized rubber on fairwater baffles. Goodrich Corp has been found to be the only company capable of providing these specialized skills and possess the required materials and tools to perform to the specifications set by NAVSEA. � The applicable NAICS code assigned to this procurement is 811310-Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance. The size standard for this NAICS code is $8,000,000. The Product Service Code is J020, � Maintenance and Repair of Ship and Marine Equipment. A sources sought notice was posted on 15 March 2019 and closed on 19 March 2019.� Tentative Period of Performance: TBD-04/21/2021 Please note the following:� � Offers must be submitted in accordance with the CLIN structure established in the Solicitation. The CLIN structure is as follows: 0001 � Fairwater Baffle Refurb Refurbish, re-preserve and reinstall (Vulcanize) Rubber on the FAIRWATER BAFLES IAW the PWS. This includes all shipping back to Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and IMF �Oral offers will not be accepted. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov). Offers need to include a completed copy of the provision at 52.204-24, and 52.204-26. Contract award will be in accordance to the evaluation criteria in the solicitation section M (Evaluation factors for award) Quotes are due to this office no later than 20 November 2020, by 8:00 am HST. Quotes must be sent via e-mail to both the primary and secondary points of contact.
