Description

PRESOLICITATION NOTICE. �THIS PROCUREMENT IS A 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. �THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL �Project: Facility Support Services, Artesia, NM � Solicitation Number: 70LART21RPFB00001 The Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers, Artesia, New Mexico has a requirement for Facilities Support Services. The contractor must provide comprehensive facilities support services to the Department of Homeland Security, Federal Law Enforcement Training Center, located in Artesia, New Mexico. Facility support services include activities such as project management, environmental support, logistics, janitorial services, facility and grounds maintenance, and biowaste management. The contractor must provide all labor, equipment, transportation, administrative support, training and supplies necessary to ensure competent and productive performance of services in accordance with the terms and conditions described in the Performance Work Statement. This requirement is set-aside as a small business set aside with the Small Business Administration. The NAICS Code is 561210 with a small business size standard of $41.5 million. The Government anticipates a firm�fixed price contract with one indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) line item. The period of performance for this contract shall consist of a base period from date of award through September 30, 2021 plus four one year option periods.� The solicitation is anticipated to be available on this website for downloading on or about November 30, 2020. All eligible firms may submit a proposal which will be considered by the agency. Firms are to download the solicitation documents; it is the responsibility of interested parties to regularly check the website (www.beta.sam.gov) for posting of the solicitation and its subsequent amendments (if applicable). Hard copies of the solicitation will not be issued. Fax or phone proposals will not be accepted.
