General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Utah City: West Valley City Delineated Area: North � I-80 to N Temple to John Stockton Dr to S Temple to 1300 E East � 1300 E to 5600 S South � 5600 S To Vine St to 5300 S/Hwy 173 West � Hwy 172�to I-80 Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 8,670 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 9,128 Space Type: Office (4,205-4,428 ABOA SF) Warehouse (4,465-4,700 SF) Wareyard that can accommodate 23 secure, reserved parking spaces Parking Spaces (Total): 0 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 20 years Firm Term: 18 years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: Wareyard of 13,764-14,452 square feet must be located immediately adjacent to office/warehouse space. Must be able to secure perimeter of wareyard with fence; Please provide preliminary rate information with submittal; Reference solicitation 9UT2183 in all correspondence. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under a lease in West Valley City, UT, that will be expiring.� The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous.� In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government�s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
