GLOVES, STERILE, NON-LATEX PAIR (SMALL - 6.5; MEDIUM - 7.5; LARGE - 8.5) MEDLINE **** Brand name or brand specific is not a must, however we just need the alternative products to be compliant with our pharmaceutical requirements (e.g. sterile grade, non-latex, chemical composition, sizes�).� Therefore if we have the specifications of the alternative products, we can review and decide. **** *** NOTE - THE FOLLOWING QUESTIONS MUST BE ADDRESSED IN YOUR BID FOR AN ALTERNATE PRODUCT: *** Product is sterile and individually wrapped (we would want the pair individually wrapped)? Product is latex-free? Product has different distinct size (S, M, L)? Product is surgery/medical procedure graded? Is the cost per pair is comparable with the original product pair that we have requested? Most importantly, is the expiration date for all lots at least 5/2022 or later? What�s the quantity�can you fulfill for this order? What is the dimension (L x W x D) of a case (that has 25 pairs/box x 4 boxes = 100 pairs)? We�want to make sure the cases would fit into our specific storage cart?
