- Market Survey: Construction of Sustainment Work and Office Renovation Option for Building 275 at the FAA William J Hughes Technical Center (WJHTC) 1.�Introduction/Purpose The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is conducting a Market Survey for the construction of sustainment work and an office renovation option at the FAA William J Hughes Technical Center and all incidental related work. A draft Statement of Work is attached to provide a general over view of the size and scope of this project. The FAA is seeking industry capability statements to help determine the proper acquisition strategy for this requirement. No notification about the outcome of this Market Survey will be released except as deemed appropriate at the FAA�s sole discretion. The FAA is interested in the capabilities of both small and other than small businesses to perform the services. 2.�Standard Language Interested entities are reminded that � (a)�This is not a Screening Information Request (SIR) or a Request for Proposals of any kind; (b)�The FAA is not seeking or accepting unsolicited proposals; (c)�The FAA will not pay for any information received or costs incurred in preparing the response to this submission request; and (d)�Any cost associated with this request is solely at the interested entity�s expense. 3.�North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code The NAICS code for this requirement is 236220 (Commercial and Institutional Building Construction). 4.�Submission and Qualifying Requirements Interested entities are requested to submit no more than 6 pages to address the following requirements/qualifications: (a)�Interested parties must be located within a 65 miles radius of the FAA WJHTC. (b)�Interested parties must be registered in the System for Award Management under NAICS code 236220 (Commercial and Institutional Building Construction). (c)�Interested parties must provide information for a minimum of three (3) recent relevant projects, each with a value over $1,000,000.00 and that were performed within the last 10 years, that describe the interested parties prime experience in construction of a new building or substantial renovations of an existing building involving multiple trades. (d)�Interested parties must provide a capability statement of their construction capabilities as a prime contractor including descriptions of multiple past jobs similar in size/scope to the attached Statement of Work. (e)�Interested parties must provide their business size and classification (e.g. Large, Small, Small Economically Disadvantaged 8(a), etc.) 5.�Response Requirements Interested parties must electronically submit responses via email to Jeffrey.Young@faa.gov no later than 5 PM (EST) on 12/04/20.� Electronically submitted responses to this Market Survey must include the subject line *B275 Market Survey Response* Questions regarding this Market Survey must be electronically submitted via email to Jeffrey.Young@faa.gov no later than 5 PM (EST) on 11/30/20.� Electronically submitted questions must include the subject line * B275 Market Survey*. 6.�Attachments (I)�Draft Statement of Work
