The correct nomenclature as listed on the referenced drawing is Bushing, Sheave in lieu of Bearing, Sleeve. NAICS 333613 with a small business size standard of 750 applies to this acquisition. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions.
