Description

This constitutes Amendment 0002 to add additional information using parts diagram/drawing that includes manufacture�s data and material identification. �See attached amended Combined Synopsis/Solicitation. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number is N32205-21-Q-2022� and is being issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). Military Sealift Command will issue a Firm Fixed-Price Purchase Order for the Global/SFC Valve Corp�brand name materials listed in the attachment. Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts are required. Any offer for other than OEM parts will not be considered. See attached Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for part number, description, quantity, and unit of issue. The required delivery is FOB Destination and acceptance date is 12/3/2021.�� Delivery and acceptance will occur at Military Sealift Command, N32205 MSC W143 Warehouse, 1968 Gilbert St., Bldg W-143, dw-10, Norfolk, VA, 23511.
