Description

The Regional Health Contracting Office - Pacific at Tripler Army Medical Center (TAMC), Hawaii intends to award a sole source, firm fixed-price, non-personal contract for maintenance and repair service for Government owned Edstrom Watchdog Environmental Monitoring Security and Watering System located at Tripler Army Medical Center, Hawaii. Services to include all labor, parts, material, and travel to maintain Edstrom Watchdog Environmental Monitoring Security and Watering System in fully functional state, in accordance with the Original Equipment Manufacturer specifications. ��This requirement is for base period 1 January 2021 � 30 September 2021 plus 4 one year options to include the clause at FAR 52.217-8 Option to Extend Services.� The proposed acquisition is intended as a sole source to Avidity Science, LLC, as they are the only trained certified vendor capable of providing the Government with the necessary certificates required to perform on-site and off-site support maintenance and repair services, and 24-hour technical support on Edstrom Watchdog Environmental Monitoring Security and Watering System. This notice is neither a request for quotes nor a solicitation of offers; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The NAICS code of this procurement is 811219 and the size standard is $22M.
