Description

NOTICE OF SOLE SOURCE AWARD This is not a request for competitive proposals and in no way obligates the Government. WHS/AD/EFCD Design and Construction Branch awarded a sole source contract to Alban Tractor, LLC for extended warranty coverage, diagnostic software subscriptions, replacement parts, and emergency technical support for C280-12 CAT generators at a secure facility in Adams County, Pennsylvania. WHS conducted preliminary market research, the results of which support the sole source determination. See the attached Justification and Approval for additional information.
