- The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 10, in accordance with FAR 6.302.1 (only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Medivators Inc. of Rogers, MN for a Preventative and Emergency Maintenance for Medivators equipment. NAICS 811219 applies, the small business size standard is $22 Million. The Contractor shall provide a preventative and emergency maintenance plan for four (4) Medivators appliances in accordance with the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Standards, at the Northern Indiana Health Care Systems (NIHCS) Fort Wayne and St. Joseph - Mishawaka facilities located at 2121 Lake Avenue, Fort Wayne, IN 46805 and 1540 Trinity Pl, Mishawaka, IN 46545, respectively for the period of December 7, 2020 through November 30, 2021 with four (4) one (1) year options, in strict accordance with all schedules, specifications, terms, conditions and provisions of this contract. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. It is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Responses must be received no later than 9:00 am on December 3, 2020.
