Description

Amendment 2: Solicitation W911SA-20-Q-3087 will be amended as W911SA-20-Q-3087-0002 on or about 30-November-2020. The purpose of this Amendment is to remove the CMR CLIN and all language in association of the CMR CLIN including updating the Attachment 1 Price Schedule and also to include CLAUSE 252.222-7999 Combating Race and Sex Stereotyping. The due date will be extended with offers due 02 December 2020 at 10:00am local time. �Please acknowledge and sign Amendment 0002 along with submitting the �Attachment 1 (UPDATED Price Schedule)� file. Amendment 1: Solicitation W911SA-20-Q-3087 will be amended as Solicitation W911SA-20-Q-3087-0001 on or about�11-August-2020 to answer all vendor questions and to incorporate FAR Provisions 52.204-26, 52.204-24 and FAR Clause 52.204-25. (See added Attachment; W911SA-20-Q-3087-0001 Amendment 0001) The offer due date will be extended to 14-August-2020 at 4:00 pm local time. Please acknowledge and sign Amendment�with quote. Solicitation: Solicitation W911SA-20-Q-3087 will be issued on or about 08-July-2020 and can be accessed at https://beta.sam.gov. This requirement is for Grounds Maintenance Services at Army Reserve Facility IN008 at Fort Ben Harrison, 9851 East 59th St., Indianapolis, IN 46216-1124. The performance period is from 1-February-2021 to 31-January-2022, including four (4) option years and a six (6) month option to extend services. Offeror shall submit a signed SF 1449, completed information from the Supplemental section and a completed Price Schedule (Attachment 1). A site visit will be held at the Army Reserve Facility IN008 at Fort Ben Harrison (9851 East 59th St., Indianapolis, IN 46216-1124) on Wednesday, 29-July-2020 at 01:00 pm (local time). Telephone, written or electronic request for hard copies of the solicitation documentation will be discouraged. Vendors interested in this solicitation should access https://beta.sam.gov for issuance of the solicitation, associated documents and solicitation amendments. Vendors will not be directly notified of solicitation amendments.
