- THIS COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION IS EXTENDED INDEFINITELY UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. Please refrain from submitting a proposal until this notice is updated.� This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial services prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures found at FAR Part 13, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. See attached RFQ for additional details. NSWCPD has a requirement, to be awarded on a competitive basis, to procure services required where the contractor shall provide EEO Facilitators to conduct Diversity and Inclusion sessions for NSWCPD employees.
