- Department of Energy, Western Area Power Administration (WAPA), Rocky Mountain Regional Office located in Loveland, CO has a requirement for the Conductor, Cable and Wire. The resultant contract will be a firm-fixed-price, contract.� Terms include FOB Destination to Loveland and Montrose, Colorado.� �FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in conjunction with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures is being utilized for this requirement.� The solicitation (Request for Quotes) will be issued as a competitive, total small business set aside.� The NAICS code is 331420; the applicable size standard is 1,000 employees.� The full solicitation (Request for Quotes) will be issued electronically on or about December 1, 2020 at which time all information, specifications and attachments regarding the RFQ will be posted.� Contractor must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) at time of quote submission in order to be considered for award.� DUNS number is required for SAM registration. NOTE:� Quotes shall be submitted no later than 2:00 p.m. EDT on December 8, 2020.�� All responses to this RFQ shall be emailed to the Contracting Officer (hammans@wapa.gov) or via electronically via Fedconnect.� Questions regarding this RFQ shall be emailed to the Contracting Officer. NO PHONE CALLS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
