- This announcement constitutes a Sources Sought Notice (market survey).� This is not a Request for Quote (RFQ) or a Request for Proposal (RFP).� This announcement is for information and planning purposes only, and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, implied or otherwise to issue a solicitation or award a contract.� The Government will not pay for any cost incurred in responding to this announcement.� Any information submitted by respondents to this Sources Sought Notice shall be voluntary. The Sources Sought Notice is for Market Research purposes only.� The information submitted in response to the Sources Sought Notice will not be used to determine vendor standing in any future RFQ/RFP, nor will it be used to determine if a vendor is qualified to submit an RFQ/RFP for any future requirement.� Vendors will not receive formal notification or feedback on any information submitted in response to this request.� All future requirements solicited on a Government Point of Entry (GPE) will be evaluated independent of any information submitted in response to this notice.� No vendor will be provided information on solicitations issued on a GPE based on this request. This Sources Sought Notice is associated with NAICS Code 511210, Software Publisher.� The Small Business size standard for this NAICS code is $41.5M.� Small businesses are invited to answer this market survey to determine market capabilities.� �� 56 CONS at Luke AFB in Arizona is conducting market research to determine the existence of potential sources to provide an artificial intelligence driven adaptive learning application to replace existing Computer Based Training (CBT), for student pilots enrolled in formal training at the 56th Training Squadron (TRS).� The Government has identified Cerego, Inc. as a potential source for this learning application. �If the Government determines that competition is viable, a Brand Name or Equal solicitation may be issued.� A list of salient characteristics can be found in the attached draft Statement of Objectives (SOO). Prospective contractors are required to already have, or have the ability to obtain, a Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Provisional Authority to Operate (PATO).� The Government may be willing to reimburse a selected contractor for costs associated with obtaining the DISA PATO.�� Note: Please submit an electronic response indicating the following information: Your capability to supply an artificial intelligence driven adaptive learning application Lead-time required to develop an artificial intelligence driven adaptive learning application if you do not already have one Approximate cost to obtain a DISA PATO Approximate time required to obtain a DISA PATO Your Socioeconomic Size Status POC information (name, telephone number, email address, and physical address) Company CAGE Code and DUNS Number
