Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, �Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items,� as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is a request for quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-09. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 511210, with a small business size standard of $41.5 Million. The National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences (NIEHS) monthly scientific journal Environmental Health Perspectives (EHP) is seeking to purchase a manuscript submission and tracking system to keep work moving between the editorial office, the Associate Editors, Reviewers, and the authors themselves. The anticipated contract type is a firm fixed price, one-year (12 month) base contract with four (4) one year option periods. All interested companies shall provide quotation(s) in accordance with the Attachment I Statement of Work and Attachment II FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors�Commercial Items.
