The solicitation will be available on the Internet at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp on or about 12/02/2020. The Small Business size standard is 1,250 employees. This is an other than full and open competition acquisition and will be solicited per FAR part 13.5. This is not set-aside for small business Specifications, plans or drawings are not available.
