Description: The purpose of this requirement is to provide 10,000 gallons of purging fluid to tank NO1 that conform to Mil-Spec: MIL-PRF-38299E, then remove and recycle nonconforming purging fluid of 8,360 gallons +/- 10% from tank NO2, for Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) Randolph, Texas in accordance with the purchase specification.
