- The Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority (BARDA), within the Office of the Assistant Secretary of Preparedness and Response (ASPR) at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) seeks�a single nonprofit entity to establish�a public-private partnership with.
